Maths on the move ðŸ‘ŸðŸ‘Ÿ

Physical activity increases our energy and reduces our anxiety. It’s a good way to manage those worries and make us feel more positive. I am finding it makes me calmer, happier and ready to take on the world… or at least a bit more school work 😂
